Week 10: Eaves Painted, Scaffolding Down, AC and more

Monday: Eaves painted

Friday: scaffolding down, bricks cleaned first floor wall up, stairs wall moroka half done. 

Saturday: ducted AC installed, except tr outdoor unit. 

Electrical box is installed too

Lower roof fascia done

Hot water box is done

Week 6: Scaffolding and Roof

Monday: scaffolding is up. SS mentioned that roof is going to be delivered and put up this week. Brickies will continue bricking next week because they have to do bricking somewhere else. 

Thursday: the Roof is almost done. Gutter also appears done. The roof joints are not done yet so appears to be more roofing next week. 

Saturday: I visited the site found one of the porch pier got toppled. Met one of the brickies and told me that happen prior the scaffolding. Now he's checking the site regularly.
