Thursday: Howard Ryan Inspection is scheduled for this day
UPDATE: the inspection report was great. No major issues and very few minor issues addressed by monday.

Saturday: Added my own speaker cables all the way from Home Theatre to the living area. Unfortunately I only got 3 x 30M speaker cables and it was too short, so I had to cut corners by pre-wiring speaker cables for Dining area and Alfresco from the TV point in the Living room.

Week 11: Lower roof

Monday: one of fellow user (dotgif) from homeone forum was kindly enough to tell us that lower roofing is done and sent us some pictures below. 

Wednesday: looks like a sliding door frame delivery and .. Hmm .. Looks like a cladding material. 

Week 10: Eaves Painted, Scaffolding Down, AC and more

Monday: Eaves painted

Friday: scaffolding down, bricks cleaned first floor wall up, stairs wall moroka half done. 

Saturday: ducted AC installed, except tr outdoor unit. 

Electrical box is installed too

Lower roof fascia done

Hot water box is done

Week 9: Bricks cleaned
